Yes. Liquid damage is time-sensitive, so power the device off, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as possible. Our $89.99 diagnostic assesses the extent of corrosion and which components are affected, and you get a written repair plan before any work begins. Liquid damage typically falls outside standard warranty but may be covered by Accidental Damage Protection (ADP).
Diagnostics are usually completed within 1–2 business days. Repair time then depends on parts: many common parts are in stock for same-week service, while warranty parts ordered from Lenovo generally arrive within a few business days. You'll get a realistic timeline in writing with your estimate.
