Bring the device and its charger/power adapter. If you have them, proof of purchase and your Windows/account passwords help us diagnose faster — though you're welcome to change passwords before drop-off and we can work with a temporary account.
Diagnostics are typically completed within 1–2 business days. Repair time depends on parts availability — many common parts are in stock, while warranty parts ordered from Lenovo usually arrive within a few business days. You'll get a realistic timeline with your written estimate.
Yes. We never browse, copy, or share customer data, and devices are stored in secure, tracked storage. For repairs that risk data (like storage replacement), we'll offer our backup service first and get your approval before proceeding.
We don't offer buybacks, but we can securely wipe your old device's storage and point you to Lenovo's official trade-in and recycling programs. Ask at the counter.
