Start a service request online via the Customer Portal or walk in to our Princeton location.

2. Enter the Code at Checkout
When your payment screen appears, type the promo code into the "Enter promo code" field and click Apply.

3. Save Instantly
The discount applies automatically. One promo per ticket. Shipping-only codes are valid only at the shipping checkout.

Promo Code FAQ
On the payment step, in the box under “Have a promo code?”. Type the code and choose Apply. The discount is shown before you pay, so you can see it has worked.
No. One promotion applies to each ticket.
That code works only when you pay for shipping — a label to mail your device to us, or to have it sent back. An offer marked “All orders” is not limited to shipping.
An offer with an end date shows it as “Valid until”. After that date the code stops working at checkout.
This page shows only the offers that are running today. When there are none, the list is empty rather than showing an old one.
