Protection Plans

Extend Your Coverage

Official Lenovo Extended Warranty Plans

Extend coverage by 1–3 years with genuine Lenovo protection plans — purchased and registered right here, with guidance on which tier fits your device and usage.

Warranty Status Checks & Claim Filing

Not sure if you're covered? We look up your serial number, confirm entitlement, and file the Lenovo claim on your behalf — no hold music required.

Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)

Drops, spills and surges happen. ADP covers accidents standard warranties don't — we'll explain coverage and handle enrollment.

How It Works

What to Bring and What Happens

1. Bring the Serial Number

It is printed on the label underneath a laptop, or on the back of a desktop or tablet. The Lenovo Vantage app shows it too. You do not need the device with you just to check cover.

2. We Check What You Have

We look the device up with Lenovo and tell you what cover it has today, when that ends, and which plans it is still eligible for.

3. You Choose, We Register It

We explain what each plan covers and what it costs for your model. If you buy one, it is registered to your serial number here, so there is nothing to post or activate yourself.
