MacBook repair — FAQ

Are you an Apple Authorized Service Provider?

No. We are an independent repair center. Ask which parts a repair would use when you get your written estimate, before you approve it.

Does AppleCare+ cover my repair?

AppleCare+ is handled by Apple. If your Mac is covered, Apple may be the cheaper option for accidental damage — we tell you honestly before you pay.

Do you repair Apple silicon (M1, M2, M3) MacBooks?

Yes: screens, batteries, keyboards and liquid damage, on Apple silicon models as well as Intel ones. Memory and storage on Apple silicon MacBooks are part of the logic board, so those cannot be upgraded afterwards.

Princeton Service Center is an independent repair service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple, Mac, MacBook, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio are trademarks of Apple Inc.
