Which email services do you support?
Most email problems are in the mail app or its settings rather than with the provider. Tell us who your email is with when you book, such as Microsoft 365, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud or your internet company, and have your password ready.
Will I lose my emails if Outlook is repaired or set up again?
With most accounts — Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail and other IMAP accounts — your mail is kept on the provider’s server, so it comes back when the account is added again. Older POP accounts keep mail only on the computer, so that is backed up before anything is changed.
What do I need for the session?
Your email address and password, and your phone nearby in case your account asks for a sign-in code.
Can I see what you are doing?
Yes. You start the session from a secure link, watch everything on your own screen, and can end it at any time.
