Can you work after hours?

Do you run new cabling through walls and ceilings?
Yes — we run, terminate and test new Cat5e/Cat6 drops for homes and offices, and can work around existing conduit or in open ceiling space.
Can you replace or reconfigure my existing firewall?
Yes. We install and configure new firewalls and can review and tighten rules on an existing one, with changes explained before they're made.
Is this billed differently from your other on-site visits?

Can you document our existing network if nothing is labeled?
Yes — tracing and labeling an undocumented network is a common part of this visit, so future changes don't mean guessing which cable goes where.
