What if my laptop needs a part that isn't on hand?
If the job needs bench work or a part we don't carry on the visit, we can bring the device back to our Princeton service center and continue there — no second call-out to arrange.
Can you migrate multiple employees' PCs in one visit?
Yes — multi-device rollouts are common for small offices. Tell us the number of machines when booking so the right amount of time is scheduled.
Do you set up new PCs as well as repair existing ones?
Both. We set up new machines from scratch and repair or migrate existing ones, on site.
Can you connect monitors, docks and printers as part of the visit?
Yes — peripheral setup and testing is part of a standard PC & Laptop visit, so you're left with a fully working desk, not just a working computer.
