On the bottom sticker or in Lenovo Vantage.
Do you repair ThinkPads out of warranty?
Yes. Out of warranty, you choose: a genuine Lenovo part or an aftermarket one. We send you the quote first and start the repair only once you approve it.
Does the warranty cover a cracked screen or a spill?
Not the standard warranty, which covers defects. Accidental damage needs Lenovo’s Accidental Damage Protection (ADP). We check which cover your ThinkPad has.
What should I bring?
The ThinkPad and its charger, and back up your data first if it still turns on. You do not need the box: the warranty is looked up from the serial number.
